This study examined teenage girls' knowledge of antiseptic soap made from betel leaves and the relationship to leukorrhea events at a high school in Garut, West Java, Indonesia in 2012. The study found that: 1) Most respondents (59.9%) had less knowledge about using betel leaf antiseptic soap. 2) Most respondents (59.9%) experienced pathological leukorrhea. 3) There was a significant relationship (p-value = 0.000) between knowledge of using betel leaf antiseptic soap and leukorrhea events, with almost all respondents (98.9%) who experienced pathological leukorrhea having less knowledge.
