Retail Store Simulation Project – Operated and marketed a virtual high-end clothing store with a team of students. Made preliminary
research prior to choosing a clothing line. Pivoted marketing when ROI was bad to achieve maximum results. Forecasted demand
using Excel and aligned expenses based on forecasts. Achieved steady but rapid growth while competing against 8 clothing stores.
Achieved highest stock price and profit at the end of the 3-year period while managing the CPU and making strategic decisions.
Consulting Project – Collaborated with a team of students working with a local Arizona company in order to grow their business
from current state and improve their business model. Analyzed and researched the business using SWOT, PESTEL, VRIO, as well as
strategic mapping. Prepared several presentations and documents as well as creating a MVP and testing it with target audience, while
communicating with the company’s founders throughout the process. Prepared a final presentation along with a written proposal going
into detailed phases of expansion with a new business model and presented to founders.
Startup Business Analysis Project –Collaborated with a team of students on a business idea to create a cost effective system for
students to receive textbooks. Researched and analyzed the market using PESTEL and SWOT, tested the business model hypothesis
and pivoted from learning new information. Project concluded with a mock up of the idea and the first phase of the MVP.
