My career plans are to succeed in the Customer Service field and also to exceed every
expectation of my employer. The reason I choose to work in the field of Customer
Service and Research Operations is because I am very detailed oriented, very
empathetic of others, reliable, and I love solving problems and taking care of customer
concerns. I am also very patient and cooperative when it comes to helping people
whether it be a relative, friend, customer, and co-worker.
