For the double-page spread, he added text and images about Halo Infinite gameplay on the right page and used a fog effect over an image on the left page to not overshadow the text. He was happy with the final visually interesting design.

En backlash i klimatfrågan kan få allvarliga konsekvenser, dels d ärför att den kan undergräva förtroendet för den etablerade politiken och öppna för mörkerkrafter, dels därför att det riskerar att försena eller rent av att blockera den omställning till hållbarhet som är nödvändig oavsett vad som händer med atmosfärens uppvärmning.
Det finns en kritisk punkt där en stor berättelse som blandas med moralism, och allt mer kommer i otakt med fakta som undertrycks, löper risk att punkteras. Vi kan kalla det en Kejsarens nya kläder-effekt. För att undanröja risken för det bör arbetarrörelsens debatt i dessa frågor fjärmas från moralismen (inte moralen, det är en annan sak) och öppnas för även motsägelsefulla fakta och osäkerheter. Det kräver ökade kunskaper. Därför ger Tankeverksamheten ut denna rapport om klimatfrågan. Den är inte f örfattad av några obskyra klimatskeptiker utan av några av de främsta forskarna vid de mest etablerade och renommerade institutionerna inom området, bl.a. Max-Planck institutet i Tyskland, Hadley Center i Storbritannien och MIT i Förenta staterna, för att nämna några. De ger en initierad bild av var forskningen om klimatförändringarna befinner sig i dag, vilka kunskapsluckor som finns och med vilken inriktning nya steg bör tas.
Obligatorisk valfrihet tryckklar
I Göteborg tillämpar vi inte Lagen om valfrihetssystem (LOV) inom hemtjänsten, utan har i egen regi infört Göteborgsmodellen för ökat självbestämmande.
När det gäller vilka tjänster som kommunen ska utföra i egen regi, och vilka man med fördel kan lägga ut på uppdrag till andra aktörer, så tycker vi socialdemokrater att man ska se pragmatiskt på frågan utifrån vad man kan bedöma är bäst ur ett brukar- och medborgarperspektiv. Den för oss viktiga värderingsbaserade principfrågan är att välfärdstjänster ska finansieras solidariskt och vara tillgängliga för alla på lika villkor, inte om staden utför dem själv eller ger någon annan aktör uppdrag att göra det.
Inom exempelvis Vuxenutbildningen i Göteborg lägger vi ut det mesta på upphandling. Det är till fördel för medborgarna, som därigenom får tillgång till en omfattande bredd i kursutbud och utbildningsformer, vilket staden inte skulle klara på egen hand. Genom att vi upphandlar verksamheten får vi också en större möjligheter att flexibelt anpassa utbudet efter medborgarnas förändrade behov och önskemål än om vi drivit den i egen fast organisation.
När det gäller hemtjänsten är det annorlunda. Det är en mer homogen verksamhet och det finns inte samma fördel av att ha många utförare med olika specialiteter som inom vuxenutbildningen. Forskningen har visat att för dem som har hemtjänst är det viktigare att ha inflytande över hur tjänsterna utförs, än vem som ska göra dem (Edebalk och Svensson 2005, Löfström 2007).
I stället för LOV har vi infört Göteborgsmodellen för ökat självbestämmande inom hemtjänsten. Det handlar just om att brukarna ska ha möjlighet att bestämma från dag till dag vad man vill ha hjälp med. Man ska kunna säga att i dag tycker jag inte att det behöver städas, men krukväxterna skulle må bra av att skötas. Eller att jag i stället vill ha hjälp med att komma ut i parken en stund.
Parallellt med detta har vi satsat på utbildningsinsatser för personalen genom att införa en kompetensstege, och vi arbetar systematiskt med att minska deltider och timanställningar, vilket vi ser som en fråga om att främja både goda anställningsvillkor och hög kvalitet i verksamheten.
I Socialstyrelsens Nöjd-Kund-Index för hemtjänsten får den högre betyg av brukarna i Göteborg än exempelvis i Stockholm där man tillämpar LOV.
Det gäller generellt att brukarna i kommuner med LOV (68 stycken) inte är mer nöjda med hemtjänsten än i kommuner som bedriver den i egen regi (222 stycken). Tvärt om är det genomsnittliga betyget i Socialstyrelsens Nöjd-Kund-Index snäppet lägre för kommuner med LOV, även om skillnaden inte är så stor med ett indexvärde på 76,1 jämfört med 76,4 för kommuner utan LOV.
Titan[1]
Titan is Saturn's largest moon. It has lakes of liquid methane and ethane near its north pole where a human colony would be established. Transportation on Titan would use non-motorized surries that are pedaled like bikes to keep colonists healthy. The atmosphere would be distilled to extract hazardous chemicals, and satellite dishes would allow communication. Colonists would live in homes made of durable materials like titanium and aluminum with vacuum insulation and an inner layer protecting against Titan's extreme cold.
Final storyboard
The storyboard is for a thriller about a hired killer stalking and murdering his victim. The plot has been shortened as the previous version had too many unrelated events and scenes. The simplified plot involves a hired killer stalking and killing his target, then disposing of the body in a remote location.

För att undanröja risken för det bör arbetarrörelsens debatt i dessa frågor fjärmas från moralismen (inte moralen, det är en annan sak) och öppnas för även motsägelsefulla fakta och osäkerheter. Det kräver ökade kunskaper. Därför ger Tankeverksamheten ut denna rapport om klimatfrågan. Den är inte f örfattad av några obskyra klimatskeptiker utan av några av de främsta forskarna vid de mest etablerade och renommerade institutionerna inom området, bl.a. Max-Planck institutet i Tyskland, Hadley Center i Storbritannien och MIT i Förenta staterna, för att nämna några. De ger en initierad bild av var forskningen om klimatförändringarna befinner sig i dag, vilka kunskapsluckor som finns och med vilken inriktning nya steg bör tas.
Obligatorisk valfrihet tryckklar
I Göteborg tillämpar vi inte Lagen om valfrihetssystem (LOV) inom hemtjänsten, utan har i egen regi infört Göteborgsmodellen för ökat självbestämmande.
När det gäller vilka tjänster som kommunen ska utföra i egen regi, och vilka man med fördel kan lägga ut på uppdrag till andra aktörer, så tycker vi socialdemokrater att man ska se pragmatiskt på frågan utifrån vad man kan bedöma är bäst ur ett brukar- och medborgarperspektiv. Den för oss viktiga värderingsbaserade principfrågan är att välfärdstjänster ska finansieras solidariskt och vara tillgängliga för alla på lika villkor, inte om staden utför dem själv eller ger någon annan aktör uppdrag att göra det.
Inom exempelvis Vuxenutbildningen i Göteborg lägger vi ut det mesta på upphandling. Det är till fördel för medborgarna, som därigenom får tillgång till en omfattande bredd i kursutbud och utbildningsformer, vilket staden inte skulle klara på egen hand. Genom att vi upphandlar verksamheten får vi också en större möjligheter att flexibelt anpassa utbudet efter medborgarnas förändrade behov och önskemål än om vi drivit den i egen fast organisation.
När det gäller hemtjänsten är det annorlunda. Det är en mer homogen verksamhet och det finns inte samma fördel av att ha många utförare med olika specialiteter som inom vuxenutbildningen. Forskningen har visat att för dem som har hemtjänst är det viktigare att ha inflytande över hur tjänsterna utförs, än vem som ska göra dem (Edebalk och Svensson 2005, Löfström 2007).
I stället för LOV har vi infört Göteborgsmodellen för ökat självbestämmande inom hemtjänsten. Det handlar just om att brukarna ska ha möjlighet att bestämma från dag till dag vad man vill ha hjälp med. Man ska kunna säga att i dag tycker jag inte att det behöver städas, men krukväxterna skulle må bra av att skötas. Eller att jag i stället vill ha hjälp med att komma ut i parken en stund.
Parallellt med detta har vi satsat på utbildningsinsatser för personalen genom att införa en kompetensstege, och vi arbetar systematiskt med att minska deltider och timanställningar, vilket vi ser som en fråga om att främja både goda anställningsvillkor och hög kvalitet i verksamheten.
I Socialstyrelsens Nöjd-Kund-Index för hemtjänsten får den högre betyg av brukarna i Göteborg än exempelvis i Stockholm där man tillämpar LOV.
Det gäller generellt att brukarna i kommuner med LOV (68 stycken) inte är mer nöjda med hemtjänsten än i kommuner som bedriver den i egen regi (222 stycken). Tvärt om är det genomsnittliga betyget i Socialstyrelsens Nöjd-Kund-Index snäppet lägre för kommuner med LOV, även om skillnaden inte är så stor med ett indexvärde på 76,1 jämfört med 76,4 för kommuner utan LOV.
Titan[1]
Titan is Saturn's largest moon. It has lakes of liquid methane and ethane near its north pole where a human colony would be established. Transportation on Titan would use non-motorized surries that are pedaled like bikes to keep colonists healthy. The atmosphere would be distilled to extract hazardous chemicals, and satellite dishes would allow communication. Colonists would live in homes made of durable materials like titanium and aluminum with vacuum insulation and an inner layer protecting against Titan's extreme cold.

The simplified plot involves a hired killer stalking and killing his target, then disposing of the body in a remote location.

Det finns en klassisk historia som antagligen alla som är aktiva i arbetarrörelsen
har hört i någon variant. Den handlar om hur det var ”förr”
– ungefär 1960- eller 1970-talet – med att gå med i facket. En man – för
det handlar oftast om mansdominerade arbetsplatser – berättar om
den tiden:
”Du vet, när jag 1971/1965/1961 började jobba på varvet/Volvo/
SKF, när jag skulle skriva på anställningskontraktet med chefen då
stod fackklubbsordföranden bredvid och så skrev jag in mig i facket
samtidigt. Det var inget att snacka om! Det var självklart att man skulle
vara med i facket. Så är det inte längre.”
Nej, så är det inte längre. I vilken utsträckning det någonsin varit så
kan man diskutera. Men säkert är att det idag inte är självklart för
svenskarna, och särskilt inte för de unga, att gå med i facket. Andelen
av arbetarna som var fackligt anslutna år 2009 var 71 procent, att jämföra
med 79 procent år 2006 och 88 procent år 1995. Bland unga arbetare
– 16 till 24 år – var bara 40 procent fackligt anslutna år 2009
(Larsson 2010). Antalet medlemmar i LO:s förbund har minskat från
strax över två miljoner år 2000 till runt 1,5 miljoner idag. Men att
antalet LO-medlemmar minskar är delvis en annan sak än en sjunkande
organisationsgrad. Det minskade medlemsantalet har bland annat att
göra med att antalet arbetstillfällen inom LO-områdena successivt
minskar som ett led i arbetsmarknadens strukturomvandling. Antalet
medlemmar i olika fackförbund påverkar främst maktförhållandena
mellan facken och vilka organisationer som blir mest tongivande i
exempelvis samhällsdebatten. Men för respektive fackförbund är organisationsgraden
av större intresse. Fackets roll är ju att fungera som en
försäljningskartell vars främsta syfte är att förhindra att inbördes
konkurrens bland arbetarna pressar ner löner och övriga villkor.

Det är pejlingar på djupet av den samhälleliga existensen av ett slag som länge saknats i socialdemokratins och arbetarrörelsens idédiskussioner.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in Education
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

- 1. Show My Role and Contribution By Laurence Smith
- 2. Research • I researched different types of shows, to get the idea of what kind of show I could have to put on. I looked at different shows such as live gigs, looking how gigs are put together and how the musicians perform to a crowd. Theater different types of stages and atmosphere is very important and style to intreats the selective audience. • As we are a small class and don’t have very long to put on a big show like a gig nor a drama production. So we came to a group dissision to go with something smaller the internet • as the internet as a wide audience 3/4 of the world and you are able to broadcast whatever you wish.
- 3. Online Web-Series • In researching Online web series I looked at many different miniseries including The Guild, Living with the infidels and Chad Vader. • Most web series are based on comedy as comedy is one of the hardest to do but it can get the largest audience so I knew when making this show we had to make a comedy as it would open up for large audience.
- 4. Blogging • I use a blog to write down my progress and show my research from one essay accessible place. • I am able to add pictures, video and other thing in my blog so people can go through the same process as I did in contributing in this project.
- 5. The groups • we were broken up into 2 group one called Lines and me group Detention Defecit • In my group was James, Hayden, Matt H, Philippa, Alexander and Joe • we had specific roles in the group. • I was Editor, Camera operator and sound engineer and extra • James was Script Writer and actor • Philippa was marketing and Director of Sound • Hayden was story bored, cinematographer and actor • Alexander was Marketing and actor • Matt H was graphic Design
- 6. My Role • my Role was Editor, Camera operator and sound engineer as well as an extra • I had to edit all the footage we got for any trailer or episodes I had to film most of the episode and operator the boom mic at the same time. I was also and extra in episode 2 and 3
- 7. Planning the episodes • We worked together in thinking of anisual idea for the episode and after brain storming characters and the plot james went away and made a script for each episodes we made little changes to it adding extra jokes and talking away anything that didn’t work.
- 8. Advertisng • for advertising we used facebook and blog to help publicize the episodes lunch by inviting friends and keeping people updated and thing people can watch like teaser trailers.
- 9. Episode 1 • episode was our pilot episode and was truly our pilot episode as we had alot of set back and made many mistakes that we learnt from fro future episode some of the camera work was poor as well as the acting we also broke health and safety as james gave hayden a nose bleed by accident but luckily I was a qualified First-aider
- 10. Episode 2 • Episode 2 we planned out alot more carefully and I had to do camera work for this and operate the boom mic as the last episode dragged on a bit to long we cut alot out of the episode and made it as long as we had to have it.
- 11. Episode 3 • Episode 3 we had alot of complication as we had to film the episode in a very short space of time and didn’t have everything planned out fully so we had to quickly bring everything together and make a quick episode but we did get to the launch date in time
- 12. Audience Reponce • We had positive reviews from many people. Especially episode 2 as it was was the most well planned one out of the 3. We got quite a few view on the facebook page but had problem with the view counter of our episode as the contour didn’t count view if people watched the episode directly on facebook. So we didn’t have a full idea of how many view we actually got for all the episodes.
- 13. Overall reflection • looking back at the 3 episode and work I feel that we did well but there was room for a lot of improvements and out organisation skills weren’t as efficient as we hoped. I was happy with my editing episode 2 as I did it quickly and efficiently that we had plenty of time to make little amendments
