This document summarizes the IMPRO project which aims to improve Finland's social and health care systems through optimizing service solutions and increasing the information base. The key goals of the project are to evaluate current services, identify strengths and challenges, develop new tools and methods for planning service delivery, and track changes in care pathways, accessibility, costs and quality as healthcare reforms are implemented. The project involves several work packages and partners analyzing different aspects of service integration and optimization over multiple years from 2017-2024. National data sources and collaboration with stakeholders will support the evaluation.
