- Most BAs and PMs don’t understand the benefits of usability testing. They are then unequipped to explain the need and benefits to clients.
- Content is key, and it’s necessary to ensure that your content meets the needs of your users.
- Not a good reason to do usability testing.Often shows that what you were debating out about wasn’t important.
- You can mix and matchMost likely won’t have a local / unmoderated.
