A school time table is a table for coordinating

these four elements.
1. Students
2. Teachers
3. Rooms
4. Time Slots (also called periods)

teachers for specific goals.
 It divides for all subjects according to their
significances.
 It facilitate the operation of educational programme.
 It provides chances to express a well designed
educational programme and a competent

 Be sufficient, to clear and complete to asset materially

in the effective of the daily programme.
 Provide the good balance in the distribution of class

community with the respect to time limits for the

Types of Time Table:
There are two types of time table
 Weekly time table
 Daily time Table
Weekly Time Table:In this time table school activities are arrange at
weak basis and all the subject are divided as there
importance.

In this type of time table number of periods remain
same for the whole running session. It is also used as
alternative time table.

 Utilization of class rooms and teachers

We can improve the performance of the school, if we
follow the following suggestion.
1. It should allow the students to chose the subjects they
like to study in different periods as is done developed
country.
2. Its is necessary to keep the course in view, while drawing
the time table . The periods will be for various subjects
during the deep should be informality with the syllabus.
3. It should the helpful in instructing the students in
efficient working, observance of principals, proper use of
time and in the strengthening of determination.
