4. Exercise Classes
Turn your training schedule into a group
effort with cardio and exercise classes. We
make it simple to find a fitness class that
works with your workout schedule.
5. Whether you’re looking for an overall fitness
experience or specific types of classes, you’ll find
our class schedule provides a positive, motivated
environment to help you stay on track with your
fitness routine.
7. Low impact aerobics along with toning exercises.
Great for seniors! Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. Learn

Class.
8. Line Dancing
Learn how to Line Dance! Join our 8 week
progressive program that meets Monday night’s
7-8:30pm in the gymnasium. Come dance and
fellowship with your church family.
9. Gentle Yoga
Monday mornings 9:30 am to 10:30 am in the
Fitness Center. A gentle and slow pace yoga class
for all ages and fitness levels. Increase flexibility,
develop proper body alignment, improve muscle
tone, support mental focus and encourage a
sense of calm and peace.
11. Personal Trainning
Lori, our Fitness Center Director, is a certified
American Muscle and Fitness Personal Trainer
with over 18 years of experience in the health and
fitness industry.
12. She believes that exercise empowers you to
improve your health, not just physically but
mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well.
13. Lori sees an exercise program as a long term
personal journey that can travel slow or fast with
peaks, valleys, twist and turns that change
overtime. If you are serious and you need an
exercise program designed to get you started on
your own journey, Lori is available to serve.
14. She is also available to update your program
periodically or provide support as you travel
through the accomplishments and challenges of
your own exercise journey.

18. Basketball
Whether you are a newcomer to the sport or a
varsity level player, our open basketball nights,
church league teams and youth clinics are
designed to help young basketball players
develop athletically and build character in a fun,
safe Christian environment.
19. Church League Teams
(October through April) Compete against other
churches in the Christian Fellowship Basketball
League (CFBL).
20. Youth Clinics
(September and October) An educational and fun
class that encourages children to learn
fundamental basketball skills and discipline
needed to participate on a team.
21. Open Basketball
Open to all church members to come play and
fellowship with your church family. Available
several nights a week.
22. Vollyball
Open Volleyball
Thursday night’s 5-9pm during the months of
May, June and July. Open to all church members
to come play and fellowship with your church
family.
24. Walk Across the Holy Land
Walking was a way of life in the New Testament
times. Families and relatives walked together to
festivals, weddings and on Passover trips to
Jerusalem. In Walk Across the Holy Land you will
accompany Jesus on a fraction of his journey.
25. You will follow Jesus footsteps 270 miles and
virtually visit thirteen destinations. At each
destination you will receive biblical scriptures,
background information and pictures. We pray as
you follow Jesus footsteps you will improve your
health and you will grow spiritually.
26. Amenities
You’ll love our state of the art weights and weight
machines to help build muscle and burn
unwanted fat. After your workout, you’ll love
even more the ability to walk over to a spacious
locker room where you will find a revitalizing
steam room, sauna and shower area!

29. Our Gymnasium offers a full-size basketball court
with a high performance hardwood floor for all
levels of play. It is designed for comfort and
safety no matter what the weather is
outside.Now you can play like the pros. Come
enhance your game!
33. Indoor Track
Our indoor walking/running track is a great
way to keep active in a safe, climate
controlled Christian environment.
34. It’s specially designed surface provides resiliency,
shock absorption and traction necessary for safe,
comfortable indoor walking and running.
