Count (think) slowly from 1,2,3,4,5,6 continuously until your mind becomes empty.
Read (think) slowly: “A DI DA PHAT” continuously until your mind becomes
empty.
Read (think) slowly: “Om Mani Padme Hum” continuously until your mind
becomes empty. Relax your mind: When your mind starts wandering, bring it back
to the initial focus (go back to item 3).
After that, you don’t have to do anything, just listen to your own body and mind…
