1. Ammunition Item Manager USARCENT G4 Sustainment Operations Division(SOD) Oct 2015-
July 2016 (60 hours weekly) Maintains accountability and visibility of ammunition at theater-wide
level in SWA and submit status reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis as needed. Responsible for
the establishment of stockage objectives at Ammunition Supply Points (ASP) and Theater Storage Area
(TSA). Identify shortages and recommend resupply actions. Monitors on-hand stocks for both
operational and training ammunition. Creates spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel using Government
provided template with data for the Standard Army Ammunition System (SAAS) Section to cut Materiel
Release Orders (MRO). Consolidates MRO spreadsheets into weekly and monthly reports to be
submitted through the CORto higher Headquarters. Use SAAS to process Daily Cycles and Reports, as
needed, and to support normal inventory operations and proper accountability of stocks Perform as an
expediter and troubleshooter for issues involving Class V scheduled shipments by Air or Ground
movement within theater. Performs ammunition retrograde functions. Assists Logistics Training
Departments (LTD) from the Corps with sending ammunition with selected Department of Defense
Identification Codes (DoDIC) back to the depots for retrograde. Coordinates with Coalition Forces Land
Component Command (CFLCC) and Quality Assurance Specialist, Ammunition Surveillance (QASAS)
on movement of containers to Sea Port of Debarkation (SPOD) for retrograde shipments. Interfaces with
the Joint Munitions Transportation Directorate pertaining to data entry into Worldwide Port System
(WPS)/Munitions Transportation System (MTMS). Assists with verifying accuracy of Department of
the Army (DA) Form 581 for unit basic loads, and coordinate transportation, special handling, diversion,
and air shipments. Monitors stock status reports for unserviceable ammunition and coordinates with
Joint Munitions Command (JMC) and Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) for disposition
instructions. Serves as the SME in support of SAAS in the USCENTCOM AOR. ARCENT G4 Staff

2. Supply Supervisor Vectrus APS5 Feb-Oct 2015 (72 hours weekly) Responsible for the movement
and accountability of all BII within the CENTCOM and CJTF footprint. Supervises multiple Foreign
Nationals (FN) on numerous inventories and provides expert analysis on all supply related issues.
3. Division Safety/Range Operations NCOIC 4ID 2013-2015 (60 hours weekly) Participated in all
facets of the Division Safety Program, including program administration, coordination and evaluation,
and to participate in or influence the formulation, development, implementation, and enforcement of the
Safety Programs policies, directives and regulatory guidance. Served as principal representative and

2. technical advisor on safety matters with primary responsibility for formulating and promulgating
Division safety policy and procedures. Responsible for the development of loss control programs that
safeguard military tactical and tactical support air and ground operations and associated equipment
throughout the Division Area of Operations. Developed specific safety plans and Annexes to training,
exercise, and maneuver plans that detail performance requirements. Devises tools, policies, processes,
and guidance for integrating risk management into military processes to include developing,
coordinating, and disseminating plans for the safe fielding of new equipment in advance of arrival into
the Division inventory. Participated in command training, exercises, and maneuver operations to
evaluate efficacy of risk management procedures and provides guidance and assistance as necessary to
influence safe behavior during such operations. Participated in Division Command Inspection Programs
(CIP) for 4ID; conducted evaluations of subordinate units to determine status of compliance with
combat, combat support, and combat service support safety requirements. Served as the Division Range
Operations NCOIC. Received requests from and issued detailed instructions to ground units conducting
live ammunition firing on 66 live-fire firing ranges, 32 mortar points, 196 artillery points, and 56 troop
training areas, while at the same time coordinates the safe entry and exit of support personnel into active
danger areas. Issued detailed instructions and advisories to ground units conducting live fire exercises at
several locations in order to avoid any possible misunderstanding of instructions by other units
conducting separate fire missions located within other areas of R2601.Cleared range support, wildlife,
EOD, and other personnel down range at any given time, taking into consideration weapons system
firing, tactics and procedures being utilized by ground units engaged in live-fire mission, surface vertical
danger zones, bursting radius of artillery shells, and the area echo of artillery positions. Receives,
records, and relays requests for medical evacuation, both via air and ground, for casualties injured on the
Fort Carson, ensuring required information is gathered quickly and relayed to Evacuation Detachment at
Butts Field or Evans Army Hospital.
4. Division Supply and Services Ammunition Supervisor; Coordinator/Planner 2013-2015 (60
hours weekly) Coordinated and initiated the Rapid Field Initiative Issue of military equipment;
Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss packets processor of sensitive items and equipment
valued at 100K for the division with an assigned personnel strength of over 25,000 employees.
5. First Sergeant 2012-2013 (72 hours weekly) for a Brigade Headquarters and Headquarters
Company, managing 200 employees, 150 military vehicles, with a daily operational mission of
conducting Command and Control operations.
6. HAZMAT Supervisor 2011-2013 (60 hours weekly) Experience with and knowledge of the
professional terminology used in property disposal. Understanding of the relationships of reutilization,
marketing, property accounting, demilitarization and hazardous functions. Experience with property
disposal programs, concepts, principles, and practices of specific disposal regulations, policies, and
techniques to provide interpretation of guidelines or policy. Served as the Contracting Officer
Representative for the BDE for HAZMAT, responsible for government contracts in excess of $25
million dollars annually.
7.CYS Assistant Manager 2010-2011 Grafenwoehor Field House (60 hours weekly) Maintained
control of and accounts for whereabouts and safety of children and youth. Planned, coordinated, and
conducted activities for program participants based on observed needs of individual children/youth.
Prepared and implemented program options for children and youth with special requirements. Modeled
appropriate behaviors and techniques for working with children. Organized sports leagues and referee
assignments for all CYS sports activities. Recommended changes and adjustments where necessary to
activities and plans to meet unusual situations associated with the needs of individual children and
youth.

3. 8. Senior Instructor/Range Certifying Officer 2010-2011(60 hours weekly) certified in all DOD
ammunition supply, policies, principles, procedures and regulations; instructed over 300 employees.
Tasked to monitor and resolve difficult problems related to the SAAS-MOD, TAMIS and UITS
ammunition supply systems. Served as the Joint Multinational Training Center (JMTC), Army Support
Activity, Grafenwoehor Germany, Range Master Planner. Responsible for maintaining the Range
Complex Master Plan (RCMP) and the Range Development Plan to include coordination and
implementation of coordinating directives. Responsible for continually compiling and analyzing
information solicited from user organizations and derived from Grafenwoehor Training Area (GTA) and
the Hoenfels Training Area (HTA) and providing operating records to determine the adequacy of the
Training Site to meet training requirements.
9. Operations Supervisor 2009-2010 (60 hours weekly) for a split based Ammunition Ordnance
Company, managing 300 employees in two different geographical areas in Europe providing partnership
support to several NATO Countries. Supervised the training of the Latvian Land Forces in the
implementation of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) ammunition standards and coordinated
all ammunition serviceability and movement throughout the country of Latvia.
10. Detachment Sergeant 2008-2009 (60 hours weekly) for an Inland Cargo Transfer Company,
managing 150 employees, over 200,000 pieces of military equipment, and providing combat
transportation support for the entire central region of Iraq. Established and managed the Joint
Distribution Center saving the US government over $100 million dollars and was assigned as the CRSP
manager in charge of all supply and services in MND North-Iraq.
11. Senior Level Supervisor 2008 (60 hours weekly) for Supply and Logistics for the first Joint Task
Force East Proof of Principle Exercise in Romania and Bulgaria. Coordinated over 100 training events
within the DOD budget with three partnership countries.
12. Accountable Officer 2007 (60 hours weekly) for the Ammunition Supply Point Delta. Responsible
for the inventory and supervision of over 380 containers of category Class I, 2, 3 and 4 of ammunition
supplies in support of joint military training operations in MK Airbase, Romania.
13. Senior Military Supervisor 2005-2006 (60 hours weekly) in planning, coordinating and executing
logistics at all levels up through the division level with access to over 20,000 employees. Responsible
for the training, equipment readiness, accountability and deployment/redeployment of 280 employees to
Iraq and Kuwait in support of twelve months of combat operations.
14. Team Leader 2004-2005 (60 hours weekly) selected to serve as the Mission Logistics Team
Advisor for a Iraq Military Logistics Office in Victory Base Complex, Iraq; provided twelve months of
logistics processing of ammunition, issue and turn procedures, re-warehousing and proper storage of
munitions in a combat environment saving the US Government over 20 million dollars annually.
15. Ammunition Senior Inspector 1999-2004 (60 hours weekly) Assigned as the Ammunition
Surveillance NCOIC in Vilseck Germany at ASP 1. Responsible for the maintenance and repacking of
over $195 million dollars in ammunition stocks. Responsible for the Al Taqaddum ASP in MND Iraq
during OIF 1 from 2003-2004 during wartime operations. Supported the shipments of 132.258 short tons
of ammunition movement through the central region of Iraq.

4. 16. Security Force Supervisor 1998-1999 (72 hours weekly) Flawless planned and executed Security
Guard Forces for SFOR 5 Operation Joint Forge Bosnia-Herzegovina. Supervised a guard force of over
200 employees that was responsible for two base camps of US and NATO personnel that provided
security 24 hours a day seven days a week.
17. Ammunition Surveillance NCOIC 1995-1998 (60 hours weekly)Performed containerization and
re-warehousing of toxic chemical munitions on Johnston Atoll Chemical Activity, the only US licensed
off site chemical munitions storage area. Served as the Chemical Munitions Surety Instructor for the Self
Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and certified all personnel on the installation in toxic chemical
munitions handling and procedures. Supervised the development of 34 junior enlisted employees and
maintained and warehoused over $12 million dollars’ worth of ammunition supplies while also
reworking $2 million dollars’ worth of ammunition into pre-positioned stocks for future use. Trained
over 100 employees in the proper techniques of refurbished ammunition operations and responsible for
inspecting, packaging, and accounting for over $12 million dollars of ammunition stocks.
18. Ammunition Specialist 1992-2015 (60 hours weekly) possesses the background necessary to be
granted access to government computers. Ability to communicate effectively. Able to work calmly
under stress. Experience in MHE vehicles including, but not limited to pick-up trucks, heavy trucks and
forklifts. Able to segregate ammunition by restriction and other guidelines. Able to maintain hardware
and software systems and manual information recording. Able to coordinate with several entities to
establish Net Explosive Weight (NEW), compatibility codes, and proper safe quantity distance for all
ASP operations. Superior working knowledge of military ASP operations. Knowledge of ammunition
