 Instrumental in the synchronization of NGA’s Geospatially Enabled Target Materials (GETM) program with the
Modernized Integrated Database Program Management Office. This enables the expansion of object-based
production within the Intelligence Community and its inclusion into DoD’s primary database.
 Spearheaded JS J2’s first in-person Joint Targeting Automation Forum. Coordinated the attendance of 150 program
managers, users, and software engineers that enabled collaboration amongst 18 DoD and Service level programs
through their various stages of releases and challenges throughout the fiscal year.
 Steered the development, publication and maintenance of Joint Targeting Automation policy for target development,

 Selected to step-in as the ACF Flight Chief for 3 months and was responsible for 40 officers and enlisted conducting
all-source intelligence production and dissemination.
 Managed all-source intelligence analysis production and oversaw the creation of 60 United States Southern
Command briefings which enabled 24/7 operations that controlled $200 Million worth of ISR missions.
 Authored 11th Air Force target material production standard that was later approved by United States Southern
Command as the Combatant Command standard which increased production accuracy by 50%.

 Ensured 75 USAF and Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) Targeteers were prepared for combat operations in
the Korean Theater of Operations (KTO).
 Directed research for Pre-positioned Air Tasking Order (Pre-ATO) and ensured 15K target folders ready for combat
operations,which included point mensuration, collateral damage estimation and weaponeering.
