SKILLS SUMMARY:
I am a goal oriented and highly adaptable operations and management professional, with 20
years of military experience in instructing, leading, monitoring members of diverse job crews
and assisting numerous professional staffs.
As an instructor I trained 3,000+ service members in subjects ranging from ethics and conflict

rate. The 2% that did not pass were failed due to physical impairments.
As a leader I have been directly responsible for groups ranging from 3 to 140+ personnel. In my
first 3 years of service, I was meritoriously promoted to a supervisor more than a year in
advance of my peers. Since then I have continued my upward movement by assuming more
and more responsibilities.
As the senior member of a small team, I coordinated and maintained a budget for fund raising
events and volunteer support for local community service events allowing my team to raise
more than $20,000 to offset costs of our company’s annual anniversary celebration.
As the senior assistant to a professional staff I provided 100+ classified and sensitive multi-
media presentations to executives within an organization of more than 19,000 service members.
This increased the senior executive officer’s knowledge and awareness of operational
commitments and personnel allocations.
