pieces of rolling stock with a world-wide deployment contingency.
 Managed all aspects of personnel and administrative readiness ensuring the unit maintained a rapid deployment force
readiness of 90 percent; forecasted, ordered, and distributed over $200,000 worth of supplies and equipment in
preparation for specific and time-bound operational directives.
 Maintained accountability for equipment, supplies and an operational budget valued in excess of $23 million without
violation of policy or adjudicative action.
 Restructured the organization's maintenance program by ordering and installing over $4 million worth of parts on 23
vehicles; improved the unit's overall combat readiness from 40% to 90%.
 Developed and enforced a program to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse. Led 6 investigations that concluded with the
repayment of over $1200 worth of lost or damaged military equipment.
October 2014 to October 2015: Artillery Support Officer Led a 7 soldier team embedded within an infantry company with a
mission to provide artillery and air support during combat operations. Used strategic planning to effectively integrate and
control artillery, mortar, aircraft, and naval ship assets to ensure overwhelming operational success. Maintained accountability
of equipment and supplies valued in excess of $13 million without violation or loss.
 Planned, coordinated and executed 18 high-risk military maneuver exercises involving the synchronization of 86
soldiers, 38 armored fighting vehicles, 2 attack helicopters, and thousands of rounds of live ammunition.
 Conducted formal and informal counseling to develop achievable and realistic goals with team members. Inspired
team members to enroll in college courses, strengthen family relationships, and construct realistic and organized
budgets.
 Rated 2 out of 13 peer officers in the battalion by senior rater on annual evaluation report.
May 2012 to October 2014: Artillery Direction Officer Supervised the combat readiness, health, welfare, discipline, and
training of 5 soldiers and $1 million worth of equipment within a field artillery platoon. Responsible for the establishment,
verification, and troubleshooting of advanced target and acquisition computer software. Supervised the accurate and timely
computation of firing data, ensuring positive effects and mission success.
 Selected above peers to assume command of the company (most junior in the battalion); supervised 2 quick reaction
force platoons, a base defense operations center, and key leader engagement team spread across 3 countries.
 Designed a supply chain distribution system used to inventory, ship, and track over 1,200 pieces of equipment that
were being relocated around the world; the process was later adopted and used by several co-workers.
 Improved the relationship between U.S. and Kuwaiti partners by fostering an environment of open communication,
cooperation, and trust resulting in establishment of 2 bilateral project planning and development programs.
