Installation Ammunition Manager
• Serves as the Fort A.P. Hill Regional Ammunition Manager for Ammunition Management of MDW,
TRADOC, FORSCOM, USARC, NGB and USASOC organizations independently carrying out
program responsibilities outlined in Department of Army and Army Command guidance for the Training
Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS).
• Validated and crosschecks DA 581 Ammunition Requests with Training Support Requests to ensure
requirements are accurate. Maintains awareness of unit training plan executions throughout the fiscal
year to determine the impact on the forecasting process.
• The supported organizations include all units assigned to an active Army, USMC, USAF, USN, USCG, NG,
USARC unit, supporting and non-supporting tenants, and other units conducting training on the installation.
• As the Ammunition Manager I serve as the subject matter expert for ammunition planning and management,
training, operational and basis load requirements, authorizations forecast and management, training tenant
activities' ammunition staff. Manages the Fort AP Hill and Atlantic Regional Ammunition Program in accordance
with published guidance for the Training Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS).
• Approves all requests for issuance of ammunition by the ASP to the unit; ensuring that these do not
exceed the amount forecasted by the unit, and established timeframes are met. Reviews items for
compatibility with weapons, range limitations, and purpose of training items are consistent with other
ammunition requested.

• Provide technical hardware and network problem resolution to all local Naval Reactors’ computer users by
performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call center

Fire Desk Operator
• Responsible for Range Operation Control Center which is structured as the primary source for range control
safety for more than 5,000 live fire and training facilities, and provides training for military air and ground units
to prepare for emergency response, including: fire, medical evacuation, injuries, and hazardous materials
• Oversaw 20 Range Wardens and security patrol employees
• Facilitated more than 50 medical evacuations, resulting in the swift response for optimal medical outcome by
communicating effectively with emergency dispatchers and following specific protocol
• Provide conflict resolution and strategic communication to more than 300 training officers to ensure that all
instruction parameters are implemented efficiently
Scheduling Non Commissioned Officer in Charge
• Served as Assistant to the Senior Staff Non Commissioned Officer in Charge of Scheduling, responsible for the
planning and implementation of instruction and continued certifications on the Marine Corps Base at Quantico,
scheduled training for federal, local and state law enforcement divisions and military personnel from around the
United States
• Ensured that more than 300 training units were in compliance with Marine Corps guidelines and base regulations
regarding safety, environmental compliance, trespassing, and facility maintenance
• Coordinated 500 training events by implementing the use of online tools and resources to provide an accurate
method for scheduling
• Prepared geographic information system maps, professional briefs and instructional manuals used to facilitate
training and prevention of safety infractions
• Organized and maintained unit’s training schedule with Range Facility Management Support System online
Range Warden
• Served as Training Non Commissioned Officer in Charge, responsible for creating shift schedule to maximize
output of patrol officers and ensure that employees received designated respite
• Provided perimeter security for more 60,000 acres at the Marine Corps Base at Quantico, and performed safety
and security inspections for more 500 live fire ranges and training facilities
