• Clarify the role of each actor involve

• Design a Linear Matrix of Responsabilities (LMR)

• Organised the people in group of owners (housing
  cooperatives) working together to find the land,
  obtain the title, agree on the urban plan, raise cash to
  cover the first investment, agree on the house
  design, agree on the payment option and the
  guarantee for the loan.
• In short, we work on the sustainable part of the
  equation.
