Final Notes:
• Our local initiatives considered some of the Sustainable
Development Goals in planning, investment programming,
budgeting, monitoring and evaluation through the use of
CBMS and local data;
• SDG implementation can be better cascaded to local
government units by embedding more goals and targets in
national agency reviews like Seal of Good Local Governance
(SGLG), into literacy, red orchid, city competitiveness, etc.
• The SDG Dashboard of the UNDP provided an excellent tool
in visualizing the needs of the community and knowing the
areas to address concerns in SDGs, making it very useful in
planning, investment programming and budgeting; and
• Upon completion of the SDG dashboard, we recommend it
to be shared with other LGUs.
