OBJECTIVE: To address the problem of limited influence of local stakeholders in shaping the Philippine OGP Commitments in the National Action Plan • In order to achieve the objective, the project has the following components Development of a local action plan Local policy advocacy National policy advocacy Development of policy proposals from lessons learned
  6. 6. •  Capacity Development Workshop conducted on December 2016 DEVELOPMENT OF A LOCALACTION PLAN •  Implementation of the local action plan •  Online and Offline Mentoring Platforms •  Open Legislation Training conducted on May 2017 LOCAL POLICY ADVOCACY •  Present the crafted Bohol Local Action Plan to other LGUs •  Work with the national OGP to adopt the Open Legislation as one of the national commitments NATIONAL POLICY ADVOCACY •  Documentation of the project’s overall outcome and impact specifically on the influence of the local stakeholders on OGP POLICY RECOMMENDATION Project Components
