In existing system user can download admission form.
User have to go to school to submit the form.
 In the existing system the employees task are manage manually.
The current system is completely manual system. So it is difficult to
run efficiently by man power, and difficult to respond every user.
 The main purpose of our website is to Providing Online admission form for the
Parents & students .This application will automate admission procedure .
 Parents & students can generate its admission form pdf and download it.
 Admin can manage all the school details online, admin can manage all employees,
faculty, classes, subject, faculty , and can also view all the details of employee and
confirm students.
 All Employee can manage its attendance online and employee can manage its own
information online.
 In our website all employee can have its own user name and password, allocated by
admin. All employee can handle its own different task.
 Admin can manage class, subjects, faculty, employee, designation
details and view all the details of school.
 Being an integrated Online Attendance Of employee it will reduce
paper work.
 Librarian can manage all the details of library it will reduce the
work load .
 Parents/Student can submit admission form online and also
download the pdf of its admission form.
 Employees can manages whole admission procedure online.

 The Online School Management System is a computer application website in
which all school information can be manage. There is main person or super user
that is administrator for managing school important things related to website
and view school details.
 Admin can performs all tasks like class management, subject management,
employee management, designation management, Faculties management and
profile management.
 Head officer can performs all tasks like salary management, student
management and profile management.
 Librarian can performs all tasks like book management, publisher management,
library management and profile management.
 Students can submit online admission form and view all information of school
and also download pdf of is admission form .

 Authenticating users based on username and password.
 The checking is also performing on every response that whether the
response is correct or not.
 Validation is performed where needed.
 Details of every students is recorded and report is also generated.
 Admin has only higher authority for add/update/delete in employee, designation,
class, subject, faculty, salary and designation module.
 Head-officer has only higher authority for manage salary of employee and
manage students who will submit admission form.
 Librarian has only authority for library management of faculty and student.
 Parents/Student can only submit online admission form and download its pdf.
 All the registered employees have their own username or password, username is
unique for all.
 Employee can only view its own attendance and insert its own attendance.
 Employee can redirect only that pages that he can manage.
 Employee absent be automatically inserted.
