Features & Functionality Required Baryons’ Response
To facilitate the Ministry of Controller the curricula and application of each student, the operation,
finance and administration of each school
It will help facilitating the Ministry of Controller to plan and manage the Curricula, the Students’ Applications,
the School Operations and Finance i.e. Fee Management etc. and the School Administration i.e. the Annual
Calendar of Examinations and Holidays, Daily Time Table, Admissions, Attendance and Fee Management,
Examinations Management, Engagements with Parents.
In Addition, It provides the On-line Course Materials infrastructure, which can be used to train the Teachers in
addition to the students, which in turn helps in improving the instruction quality, hence helps the students in
better learning and scholastic achievements.
Facilitate the ministry to record, Controller and manage remotely the school fees immediately paid by
students for all schools in the country
It provides the Fee Management Module which provides the ability to manage remotely the school fees to be
paid by students of all schools. The required customization will be achieved.
Periodically produce quantitative and qualitative statistics at the sectoral, territorial, provincial and
National levels of schools and pupils throughout the Democratic Republic of Congo
The required reports and statistics as mentioned above and more can be provided, through custom dashboard
and reporting functionality. The system has an open architecture, we will implement your reporting
requirements fully
Parents will be able to fill out an administration form and check the progress of their children’s
application on disciplinary reports, school fees, homework results, queries and exams directly online
The Admission work flow as defined will be achieved fully. The system has Examination Module and the Parents
Engagement Portal and Mobile App. The desired customization can be achieved fully.
Administration, teachers will back up data on a secure server to make it accessible everywhere at all
times
The system can be configured to meet the specified back up needs. The main application runs on central server,
hence the data remains on the server and is available as required
Facilitate the follow-up of the student’s training cycles. All information about the student is listed on a
chart. All these data will allow the pedagogical managers to quickly and effectively check the progress of
the student each year (driving, application, absence, presence, punishment, etc.) until the graduation
There is rich students, teachers and parents engagement functionality existing already. We see this as a
reporting requirement, the same can be achieved as specified, on the respective dashboards
Provide an opportunity to assess the quality of education to the parents of students It is also a report, shall be achieved as required
A “communication” section will be available on the website for good communication between ministry
officials, parents, teachers, school officials and students. This allows for the sharing of practical
information on the many events, such as surveys on the operation of the school, the management of
complaints, the evaluation of teachers, the evaluation of the Ministry, etc.
There is the Parent, Teacher and Student Engagement Portal, where the required communications, reports,
surveys will be enabled as specified.
1. Parents register their children or pay fees at school, school records pay or registration information
2. As soon as paid or recorded, the information is transmitted to the provincial hierarchy (sub-division,
division, etc.) and recorded in the Minister’s database.
3. Minister shall manage enrolment list and the amount paid for each province, territory, sector or school
4. Students and parents assess and report to the Minister on the quality of school education or operation
5. The Minister is informed, manages feedback through the various provincial offices under his
responsibility

- The Commercial required to implement the above explained implementation of School in Box (SiB) Premium Version
including the required custom functionalities and features as mentioned above; is USD 6 or INR 450/- per Student per
Annum, which will include the Solution hosted over cloud, supported by Level 2 and Level 3 Engineering and IT
Infrastructure Team Supported on 24x7 basis.
- Applicable Statuary Taxes are extra.
- Requirement analysis and design will require several cycles of discussions, so appropriate time must be provisioned
for such meetings.
- These estimates are based on a high-level understanding of the system requirements and are subject to a variation of
up to 10%. The effort will be re-evaluated during the Requirement Analysis phase, and changes, if any, will be
communicated to the client.
- It is expected that the client will complete User Acceptance testing within the duration specified.
- Total duration to complete the project is expected to be 16 to 20 weeks.
