Introduction
Welcome every one to join here at the presentation of our ERP
Project. We warmly welcome you all to find time for us for
today’s presentation. My warm welcome and salutation and
greet on behalf of my team for today’s honorable jury members. I
would like to introduce my team members first. Then I would like
to brief you about our project planning in detail and later I would
conclude the entire presentation.

My School Management solution multi-user version desktop
application and mobile apps that helps to keep up all records of students,
teachers, non-teaching staffs, library, hostels, transport, fees, salaries leave,
in a word it can helps to organize all aspects of an educational institution. In
other words our school software is an enhanced tool that assists in organizing
the day to day activities of the school. Student attendance SMS system helps
parents to ensure there children going to school or not daily basis.

2. Why
.
As we have already mentioned that what benefits can be brought by
this system we are going to discuss more about the project that, why
this project should be implemented from different point of view.
Reduce paper works: Not only it will reduce the paper works and
occupying a lot of spaces and maintenances but also it will reduce the
energy and time of relevant working person. As we are observing in the
touch of the technological innovations we are just one step backward to
put the footstep on it to avail the service.
Safety & Security & Parental Control: The safety and security of the
system will be at the highest we can assure. As we know it doesn’t have
tangibility it will remain safe from damages, and it will also not breach-
able by any fraudulent or corruption. We are using latest technology in
our software and database. They are following (Technology ASP.NET
with C# Database: SQL Server 2008 or Upper, Designer: Photoshop,
Dream viewer, Asp.net) the server will have a backup, so the ultimate
safety and security of its own is secure on the first hand. Not to mention
but another security issue which is very important that, in our
educational institution we found that the guardians are worried that
whether their children’s are performing in the school or college studies
properly and whether the students are attending the classes properly.
So by this system one thing is assured very strongly that the guardians
have easy access to their children’s schooling issues

User Friendly: The entire system is so user friendly that a first
timer can easily browse and explore the entire system within a
very short time from their smart phone and personal computer.
Teaching Instrument: This system is a milestone as a teaching
instrument. Whenever a teacher is delivering the lectures He/She can
provide the soft copy of that very specific lecture on that system so that
again the paper work will be reduced and it comes in a handy.
HR Management: An organization is always concerned about the
performances of their employees where again this system bring the
entire HR Management in one hand in one touch. The stakeholder or
authority can easily get to the HR reports and organizational situations
in one touch and can overview the entire institutions current status
very easily without wasting furthermore time. The can evaluate the
employee performance, attendance, R&D , etc.

Centralization & Mobility: The system at a glance
centralizes the basket of information and the entire work
in one centre. Thus the graph of operation, management,
teaching standards, payrolls, R&D can be monitored and
developed from this system.
Student Management: This segment is the only segment
where we can say that the vast change in services come in one
hand. Students will not need to waste their time in a notice
board or make lines to collect admission forms or to submit
forms or the payments status etc.
Accountability: In every layer of employment or studentship
their will be a 100% accountability by this system. No
employees or student can miss-out the system. So the ultimate
outcome of the institution will increase day by day.

Orientation of Technology in good way: We always
observe in news that, the negative usage of technology is
killing the human races day by day. It is vanishing the
morality; it is pushing the entire new generation to the
darkness or making them using the technology in bad
ways. Our job is to grooming the new generations into
good way to show them this system that technology is to
be used in good way which will bring good outcomes for
them. As we know that the time is for smart-phones era
also, we have vast of opportunities to introduce the usages
of technology to our next generation so that we can save
them from now on from the beginning.
Up-to-Date: Last but not the least, this is how we can be
updated with globalization, with the cutting edge of
technology and enjoy the wave of innovation for future
days.

3.HOW
First of all we will target the initial users on the first priority basis. So
we will survey at the college and school level first where they are
ready and able to avail the service. After the survey we can calculate
and estimate the work and implementation process. So let us discuss
the implementation process that HOW we are going to establish the
project in detail-
#Developing the software:- The first job of our is none other than
developing the software as accordance. As per our requirement we
will recruit HR and train them on our project on parallel basis so that
as the software develops we can train them properly.
# Survey:- First of all we have to survey the that how many
colleges/schools are ready and also in need of this kind of projects. We
will survey through internet / field survey/ Government report on
those institutions etc. After our survey team collects the target
audience for the service we will move into next step.
#In-house-training:- At the same time we are surveying we will also
start our in house training program and will start building our
extended team for further missions of the project from office work to
field level work.

#Awareness Building:- Beside these all one thing we
cannot avoid at all which is a proper awareness building
about the project. We will directly visit our target
audience and present the entire project. The awareness
building activity contains campaigns, direct seminars on
our target audience’s premises. This kind of campaign
includes seminars, meet and greet with the law makers
and governing body of the organizations etc.
#Online Promotional Campaign:- Along with the direct
campaign we will also include online promotional
campaign targeting the audience. In a word we will try to
make our target audience feel the necessity of the project
foe their use and to feel and realize the up gradation of
their current systems.
