Plant Manager, CEO, and Engineer Manager. Oversees robot welder division to assure products are meeting standards set
forth by the consumer and that all product meets specs of drawings; Develops and manages drawings to assure accuracy
and are updated; Oversees pan division staff to assure products are meeting the standards set forth by the consumer and
that all products meet specs for drawings; Inspects products with the NSF division to assure that all leaks or concerns of
potential failures are detected and/or corrected as soon as possible; maintains operations records by tracking inventory of
all parts and completed items and tracks said items in an inventory tracking sheet to be distributed daily to SDI
management and SnoDepot sales team; Manages logistics team to assure all outbound and inbound product is being
shipped in a timely and appropriate manner that is cost beneficial and assures all inbound freight matches the order status
and is in working condition and undamaged; Checks to assure proper maintenance of equipment; keeps records, reviews
financial impact of process and makes reports; oversees the work of skilled and unskilled helpers; attends or provides

manufacturing support, layout work, and supplier contact. Check work to ensure accuracy, drawing format and

assistance for product prototyping, and day-to-day support. Adheres to safety program and supervises employees to assure

2014-2015: Sharp Industries (General Manager), Alexandria, SD.
Reports to: Owners, Company CEO, and Engineer Manager. Oversees entire door process to assure products are
meeting standards set forth by the consumer and that all product meets specs of drawings; Develops and manages
drawings to assure accuracy and are updated; Oversees production staff to assure products are meeting standards; Inspects
products with the production leads to assure that all fit and functions, and quality concerns of potential failures are
detected and/or corrected as soon as possible; maintains operations records by tracking inventory of all parts and
completed items and tracks said items in an inventory tracking sheet to be distributed daily to SDI management and Sharp
sales team; Manages logistics lead to assure all outbound and inbound product is being shipped in a timely and

2013-2014: SD Industries (Logistics Manager), Alexandria, SD.
A range of business tasks is undertaken to support the smooth and efficient operation of supply chain processes,
and tasks usually include: monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods;
coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems; analyzing data to monitor performance
and plan improvements and demand; allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs; liaising and
negotiating with customers and suppliers; developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems
and producing new solutions.
When managing warehouse or transport staff, the role may also include: implementing health and safety procedures;
managing staff training issues; motivating other members of the team; project management; setting objectives.
More senior roles in logistics may involve: planning projects; working on new supply strategies; planning vehicle routes;
using specialist knowledge, such as mechanical-handling systems, to provide consultancy services.
2006-2013: Trail King Industries Inc., Mitchell, SD.
I was an Engineering Tech B. I was responsible for the design and drawings of products and product
modification as necessary to provide manufacturing with complete drawing packages for production. Software
mainly used is Solid Works (7 years), AutoCAD (7 years), EPDM (4 years), Excel (20+ years), Word (20+
years), and AS400 (7 years).
Principal Responsibilities are as follows:
1. Prepared layouts to determine dimensions and incorporate necessary design features on product
requiring extensive modifications from standard.
2. Details new drawings or modifies existing production drawings.
3. Prepared Bills of Material.
4. Calculated material requirements for trailers.
5. Reviewed sales and production orders for correct interpretation and feasibility.
6. Coordinated with Purchasing for special materials.
7. Reproduced prints and compiles print packages for individual orders.
8. Writing of ECR/ECN/ECO as needed for current design projects.
9. Troubleshooting and problem solving of production issues as they relate to the Engineering
Department.
10. Independently contributes to the organization in the form of team leadership and value added
analysis of new designs with general guidance from supervisor.
11. Assumed additional responsibilities as assigned.
I designed specialized and Line (cookie cutter) trailers for two separate areas, one in West Fargo, North
Dakota, and one here in Mitchell, South Dakota. I was responsible for maintaining and designing all parts
associated with the trailers I designed.
2005-2006: Active Duty-CBHCO-UT at Mitchell, SD.
I am tasked with a temporary Administration NCO position at the National Guard Armory in Mitchell, SD.
Currently; I have assumed head position at this location while the unit is at annual training overseas. I take
care of all administrative actions as far as pay, promotions, schools, MOSQ training, and coordinating all
special events and ceremonies for the troops while they are here or away.
2002-2005: Active Duty-28 Security Force Squadron member at Ellsworth AFB, SD.
Trained and tasked with the 28 Security Forces Squadron mission. I started out as a squad leader on Bravo
Flight assigned to four personnel. After the first year I was moved to the second in command on Bravo
Flight assigned to twenty-five personnel. During this activation I was assigned as 665th
Maintenance
Company Unit Safety NCO. Whenever possible I apply for military and civilian schools to enhance my
career progression and become a valuable asset to the SDARNG and my civilian job.

1990-Retired: Soldier, South Dakota Army National Guard, Mitchell, SD.
Trained and tasked with the General Support maintenance level of repair/rebuild of heavy mobile
equipment and vehicles. Repair and overhaul major systems to include: diesel engines, transmissions (with
or without braking and steering), transfers, differentials, and heavy-duty driveline systems. Trained and
experienced in systems repair to include: front-end alignment, electrical, brake (air and hydraulic), exhaust,
air pressure, hydraulic, and controls. Experience in diagnosing the cause of mechanical failures by means
of visual and auditory checks and test equipment such as: engine analyzers, compression testers,
voltmeters, ohmmeters, and pressure gauges. Assigned as crew chief to train and supervise subordinate
mechanics in the Track Vehicle Repair Platoon. At various times assigned as the duty NCOIC (Sergeant in
Charge) of tool and parts during drills. Apply for military and civilian schools to enhance my career
progression and become a valuable asset to the SDARNG and my civilian job.
2000-2002: Computer-Aided Drafter, Montana Dakota Utilities, Rapid City, SD.
Updated all linen maps for the Black Hills Region and entered them on AutoCAD 14. Kept those currently
on AutoCAD 14 updated whenever new service lines or main lines were installed. Conducted all training of
new employee’s in the Computer Aided Drafting department. Worked with AutoCAD 2000i after
upgrading from AutoCAD Version 14.
1993-2000: Trail King Industries Inc., Mitchell, SD.
• 1996-2000: Assistant Supervisor.
Maintained a proper work schedule between various trailer assembly line stalls to ensure the assemblies were done in
the proper sequence, which ensured an uninterrupted production line process. Ensured that sub-assemblies, parts, and
required supplies were at the prescribed stalls when needed. Inspected welds, structural appearance, and proper
assembly of the trailers. Responsible for anticipating and resolving any assembly problems, prior to construction.
Supervised and trained the employees assigned to my shop. Kept employees motivated by recognizing exceptional
work, ideas, production improvement, and safety suggestions by expressing gratitude through verbal praise,
counseling, and rewards. Scheduled time off in accordance with the fluctuating workload demands of the assembly
line. Made myself available to employees for any problems, professional or personal, that they wished to discuss
with me.
• 1994-2000: Safety Committee Member.
Scheduled meetings to stress safety in the shop and pass on any new safety policies to the employees. Maintained a
record of safety ideas and suggestions offered by employees.
• 1993-1994: Assembly Line Welder.
Welded trailers and sub-assemblies as specified by the blueprints or cut-sheets for that specific trailer. Worked with
saws, shears, brakes, beam welders, and standard welders. Trained to use and operated jigs, fixtures, computerized
alignment equipment, overhead cranes, floor jacks, and forklifts.
• 1994-1996: Air Systems Assembler.
Installed all the air pressure lines, fittings, splitter boxes, safety valves, and other related parts, in accordance to the
air system schematics. Inspected all air system components and connections for damage or flaws prior to assembly.
Tested the air system for leakage and proper function when completed.
• 1994-1996: Electrical Systems Assembler.
Installed the electrical wiring, fuses, and switches in accordance to the schematics. Inspected all wire looms and
connections for damage or flaws prior to assembly. Worked with the hydraulic systems assembler to ensure proper
electric over hydraulic serviceability. Tested the electrical system for proper function when completed.
• 1993-1996: Hydraulic Systems Assembler.
Installed all the hydraulic lines, junction boxes, and control valves in accordance to the schematics.

the parts used in half and greatly reduced labor time. I had also reevaluated many jigs and fixtures and worked with
the Engineering department to make them easier to use which increased productivity.

Create and revise drawings. Perform other engineering-related tasks for as required such as manufacturing support, layout work, and supplier contact. Check work to ensure accuracy, drawing format and organization, dimension and tolerance convention, and conformance with engineering standards. Provide technical assistance for product prototyping, and day-to-day support. Adheres to safety program and supervises employees to assure OSHA and EPA standards are met. You need strong communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with employees and management, product knowledge, strong leadership skills, accountability, ability to read blueprints and shop orders. 2014-2015: Sharp Industries (General Manager), Alexandria, SD. Reports to: Owners, Company CEO, and Engineer Manager. Oversees entire door process to assure products are meeting standards set forth by the consumer and that all product meets specs of drawings; Develops and manages drawings to assure accuracy and are updated; Oversees production staff to assure products are meeting standards; Inspects products with the production leads to assure that all fit and functions, and quality concerns of potential failures are detected and/or corrected as soon as possible; maintains operations records by tracking inventory of all parts and completed items and tracks said items in an inventory tracking sheet to be distributed daily to SDI management and Sharp sales team; Manages logistics lead to assure all outbound and inbound product is being shipped in a timely and appropriate manner that is cost beneficial and assures all inbound freight matches the order status and is in working condition and undamaged; Checks to assure proper maintenance of equipment; keeps records, reviews financial impact of process and makes reports; oversees the work of skilled and unskilled helpers; attends or provides training as required. I assume the responsibilities as NFS Operations Supervisor correspondingly. 2013-2014: SD Industries (Logistics Manager), Alexandria, SD. A range of business tasks is undertaken to support the smooth and efficient operation of supply chain processes, and tasks usually include: monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods; coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems; analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand; allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs; liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers; developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions. When managing warehouse or transport staff, the role may also include: implementing health and safety procedures; managing staff training issues; motivating other members of the team; project management; setting objectives. More senior roles in logistics may involve: planning projects; working on new supply strategies; planning vehicle routes; using specialist knowledge, such as mechanical-handling systems, to provide consultancy services. 2006-2013: Trail King Industries Inc., Mitchell, SD. I was an Engineering Tech B. I was responsible for the design and drawings of products and product modification as necessary to provide manufacturing with complete drawing packages for production. Software mainly used is Solid Works (7 years), AutoCAD (7 years), EPDM (4 years), Excel (20+ years), Word (20+ years), and AS400 (7 years). Principal Responsibilities are as follows: 1. Prepared layouts to determine dimensions and incorporate necessary design features on product requiring extensive modifications from standard. 2. Details new drawings or modifies existing production drawings. 3. Prepared Bills of Material. 4. Calculated material requirements for trailers. 5. Reviewed sales and production orders for correct interpretation and feasibility. 6. Coordinated with Purchasing for special materials. 7. Reproduced prints and compiles print packages for individual orders. 8. Writing of ECR/ECN/ECO as needed for current design projects. 9. Troubleshooting and problem solving of production issues as they relate to the Engineering Department. 10. Independently contributes to the organization in the form of team leadership and value added analysis of new designs with general guidance from supervisor. 11. Assumed additional responsibilities as assigned. I designed specialized and Line (cookie cutter) trailers for two separate areas, one in West Fargo, North Dakota, and one here in Mitchell, South Dakota. I was responsible for maintaining and designing all parts associated with the trailers I designed. 2005-2006: Active Duty-CBHCO-UT at Mitchell, SD. I am tasked with a temporary Administration NCO position at the National Guard Armory in Mitchell, SD. Currently; I have assumed head position at this location while the unit is at annual training overseas. I take care of all administrative actions as far as pay, promotions, schools, MOSQ training, and coordinating all special events and ceremonies for the troops while they are here or away. 2002-2005: Active Duty-28 Security Force Squadron member at Ellsworth AFB, SD. Trained and tasked with the 28 Security Forces Squadron mission. I started out as a squad leader on Bravo Flight assigned to four personnel. After the first year I was moved to the second in command on Bravo Flight assigned to twenty-five personnel. During this activation I was assigned as 665th Maintenance Company Unit Safety NCO.   • 4. 1990-Retired: Soldier, South Dakota Army National Guard, Mitchell, SD. Trained and tasked with the General Support maintenance level of repair/rebuild of heavy mobile equipment and vehicles. Repair and overhaul major systems to include: diesel engines, transmissions (with or without braking and steering), transfers, differentials, and heavy-duty driveline systems. Trained and experienced in systems repair to include: front-end alignment, electrical, brake (air and hydraulic), exhaust, air pressure, hydraulic, and controls. Experience in diagnosing the cause of mechanical failures by means of visual and auditory checks and test equipment such as: engine analyzers, compression testers, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and pressure gauges. Assigned as crew chief to train and supervise subordinate mechanics in the Track Vehicle Repair Platoon. At various times assigned as the duty NCOIC (Sergeant in Charge) of tool and parts during drills. Updated all linen maps for the Black Hills Region and entered them on AutoCAD 14. Kept those currently on AutoCAD 14 updated whenever new service lines or main lines were installed. Conducted all training of new employee’s in the Computer Aided Drafting department. Worked with AutoCAD 2000i after upgrading from AutoCAD Version 14. 1993-2000: Trail King Industries Inc., Mitchell, SD. • 1996-2000: Assistant Supervisor. Maintained a proper work schedule between various trailer assembly line stalls to ensure the assemblies were done in the proper sequence, which ensured an uninterrupted production line process. Ensured that sub-assemblies, parts, and required supplies were at the prescribed stalls when needed. Inspected welds, structural appearance, and proper assembly of the trailers. Responsible for anticipating and resolving any assembly problems, prior to construction. Supervised and trained the employees assigned to my shop. Kept employees motivated by recognizing exceptional work, ideas, production improvement, and safety suggestions by expressing gratitude through verbal praise, counseling, and rewards. Scheduled time off in accordance with the fluctuating workload demands of the assembly line. Made myself available to employees for any problems, professional or personal, that they wished to discuss with me. • 1994-2000: Safety Committee Member. Scheduled meetings to stress safety in the shop and pass on any new safety policies to the employees. Welded trailers and sub-assemblies as specified by the blueprints or cut-sheets for that specific trailer. Worked with saws, shears, brakes, beam welders, and standard welders. Trained to use and operated jigs, fixtures, computerized alignment equipment, overhead cranes, floor jacks, and forklifts. • 1994-1996: Air Systems Assembler. Installed all the air pressure lines, fittings, splitter boxes, safety valves, and other related parts, in accordance to the air system schematics. Inspected all air system components and connections for damage or flaws prior to assembly. Tested the air system for leakage and proper function when completed. • 1994-1996: Electrical Systems Assembler. Installed the electrical wiring, fuses, and switches in accordance to the schematics. Inspected all wire looms and connections for damage or flaws prior to assembly. Worked with the hydraulic systems assembler to ensure proper electric over hydraulic serviceability. Tested the electrical system for proper function when completed. • 1993-1996: Hydraulic Systems Assembler. Installed all the hydraulic lines, junction boxes, and control valves in accordance to the schematics. Inspected all the connections for damage or flaws prior to assembly. An engineer and I worked together on this project. When it was completed it cut the parts used in half and greatly reduced labor time. I had also reevaluated many jigs and fixtures and worked with the Engineering department to make them easier to use which increased productivity.
