Department of Corrections (PREA, Workplace/Sexual Harassment, Work Rule
Violations, OSHA Violations, Serious Incident Reviews, Staff and/or Prisoner Assaults,
and any matter deemed necessary by the WDOC Director as a matter requiring
investigation).
 Conducted interviews with subject/suspect(s), and witnesses in regards to the matter
under investigation.
 Determined, through the investigatory process, WDOC Policy and Procedure, and/or
Federal Guidelines, to substantiate or unsubstantiated, in part or in whole, the
allegation(s) of the investigative matter.
 Recommended disciplinary action, criminal prosecution, or recognition of outstanding
