5. [EPP 9] SAVE Program – Implementation Mechanism Refrigerators & Air conditioners Notify consumer via electricity bill (1) STEP 1 Notes: 1. Criteria: Refrigerator - 200-400kWh (average 6 months) (Peninsular Malaysia only, Sabah & Sarawak open to all domestic consumers) A/C – Open to interested domestic consumers 2.
