 Post recruitment Process - Master Database, employee code, ID card, E-mail ID with

maintaining separate files for each employee.
 Induction program : Responsible for designing Specific induction program at each level
and same is executed for new joiners ,which includes hand book, company policy and

 Team performance and appraisal: Create awareness QMS
 Defining KPA’s departments wise & monitoring it effectively through review on quarterly
basis .Organizing team meeting for improvement in terms productivity.
 Prepare the DRM for all other department in consultation with department heads
 Monthly performance review and communicate same with employee at different levels.
Conduct quarterly appraisal and Annual appraisal.
 MIS / Reports -Man power analysis daily, weekly monthly, absentees and late Coming
analysis, pay roll process, leave allocation, deductions, and loans approval. Time Office
maintenance, IR issues, Security, welfare issues.
 In charge of the access control system, maintaining attendance and leave records.

(Since 2009).  Successfully retained ISO 9001:2008 surveillance audit in year 2013 (07/11/13) as Management Representative.  Successfully Established safety zone in factory to address the accidents, cause and methods to avoid –Result was Zero accidents for 10 consecutive months.
