Dealer Part operation
 Responsible for Spare Parts Management and Parts Promotion activities for North Region
Ensures, dealer maintains prescribed (MOS <= 2) Inventory Level in line with UIO and achieves
the maximum Fill rate (+90%).
 To implement the N-CAM (Nissan Competitive Advantage Map) and Implementing Dealer
parts operation standard. (DPOS).
 Prepare and suggest Mandatory Parts List, Initial Dealer Kit for dealers.
 Ensures adequate spare parts availability at network, Conduct periodical Dealer Audit, and
regular operational training for parts personnel to motivate and help them to improve their
performance level. .
 Check for the correctness of the Dealer Spare Parts claims and Transit damage Insurance
claim (short/excess Receipt etc.), Ensure timely processing and Settlement.
 Planning warehouse layout for new dealer with Dealer Development department.
 Monitor, analysis MIS report dealer wise and suggest resolution. Guiding the dealership in
ways of increasing profitability. Ensure optimum utilization of working capital.
 Analysing the CSI report and taking necessary step and initiatives to improve Customer
satisfaction Index.
