HUMAN RIGHTS DECLARATION 1948.
Art. 2 “Every person has all the rights and freedoms
proclaimed in this Declaration, without any
distinction of race, color, sex, language, religion,
political opinion or of any other nature, national or
social origin, economic position, birth or any
another condition”(…)
DEFINITION.
The legally or formally recognized union of a man and
a woman (or, in some jurisdictions, two people of
the same sex) as partners in a relationship.
HOMOSEXUAL POPULATION.
10% of the homosexual population of the total world
population. Thanks to this, more and more
countries have been approving the same sex
marriage.
COUNTRIES IN AMERICA THAT HAVE
APPROVED SSM.
 Argentina.
 Uruguay.
 Brazil.
 Mexico.
 Canada.
 United States.
SUMMARY.
 Everyone has the same rights without caring its
sexual condition.
 Marriage is a right we all have.
 Homosexual population around the world is about
10%.
 6 American countries have approved SSM.
CONCLUSION.
 Everyone has the right to think, to be and to act
however they want without damaging other people
and in our opinion it should be legal in the whole
world, because first of all we are all human beings.
