SPARK architecture provides a modular and flexible development process. Depending on
changing requirements for different projects, addition or deletion of features is easily
maintainable. Ignite, Mirchi, Wilson, Hospitality and Value of IP are different SPARK based
projects running parallel, intended to different customers meeting various requirements. It’s
a SIP protocol based product having a higher degree of flexibility for maintaining sessions
with support of media server and SIP proxy server. The complete coding is done in C++
using different design patterns like – singleton, observer patterns.
It not only ensures the longevity of the product, but also provides us all most all the
features based on SIP protocol. With addition to huge number of calls, it implements – Multi
party conferencing, Call Forward, Hold and Resume, Priority Call, Auto Call Back, Call
