Description of the project:
Role: Engineer. This project contains collection of ERLANG applications servers running for the user authentication,
authorization, assigning an IP address, tracking the data usage for the billing purpose, third party billing gateways
and servers to handle the SOAP/REST requests at Mobile operators. These are all implemented in ERLANG using
DIAMETER/RADIUS and web services. The list of applications are below
 AAA : For authentication, authorizations and assigning IP to the customers
 PCRF: For the policy and billing purpose
 Database server: For the customer’s real time data
 RIAK Database: For the customer’s highly accessible data. This store Session Information. Flused of every15
minutes.
 Web services server for provisioning the customer’s data
 OCS gateways for secure third party billing
 BlingG is a Billing Gateway Charging System.
 Welcome-SMS is an value-added-service build on top of ERLANG.
Responsibilities:
 Work experience in ERLANG programming language.
 Provided L3 development support on all ERLANG PCRF nodes .

Description of the project:
 IN, the intelligent networks is provided by network nodes owned by telecom operators mostly called as SCP
-Service Control Point. IN is based on the Signaling System #7 (SS7) protocol between telephone network
switching centers and other network nodes owned by network operators. The network Service on network nodes
are developed using SLEE programming. The SLEE (Service Logic Execution Environment) is a Java programming
language API for developing and deploying network services. The SLEE environment acts as an integration point
for multiple network resources and communications protocols. It supports ACID properties.
Responsibilities:
 Worked on design ,implementation of the feature given by the client.
 Implemented new feature to add the new service functionality to the Core Components like SCP,
 SDP and IP.
 Executing the Test Batch to check for existing functionality successfully running.
 Worked on IPC tickets raised by the end user.

Description of the project:
Implementation of code changes for port mapping( K,L,M) mapping in STM-N system in Abis interface in 3G
technologies. Need to deploy the system in live. Managed to check all the RNC sites support Group Queuing(GQ).
Responsibilities:
 Permit Request for all the sites migrating from BT to VM.
 Progressing the sites for migration on to 3G/4G sent by MBNL UK for their GSM/UMTS/4G network.
 Working with Contractor on site in resolving the issues when going for up gradation of capacity or port changes
issues etc.
 The primary responsibilities include network planning, deployment and optimization activities of all transmission
networks for all MS customers.
 As a IUB & D&I member i owns responsibility of deriving the solution and implementation to optimize the
congested sites for MBNL-UK.
 Constantly working with other Transmission Teams within Ericsson and other 3rd Party Vendors (BT, SIAE, VM
for progressing of site to relieve congestion and providing an Ethernet solution Co-ordination with the vendors
and Ericsson-UK.

congested sites.
