DRE (Feb'13 - Till Date):
DRE is a service delivery platform and bill shock prevention application, which enables the
roaming users to have a seamless usage of his data in roaming network. This is a multi tenant
architecture developed and implemented for many operators across the globe. This product consists
of SDP (Service Delivery Platform), CC (Customer Care) Portal, Subscriber portal. The objective of this
product is roamers bill shock prevention by applying throttling, inform roamers usage by SMS or Email
and blocking and unblocking the users from data usage, data pack management, online volume and
currency based charging. This product can integrate to operator billing systems like Amdocs and Hawaii.
Roles:
• Lead the team of size 8 for L3 development team, which involved enhancing the new CRs,
Monitoring script automation, Web application design, functionality changes on the core modules.
• Managed support team for 24*7 on all critical situation and ensure to meet the SLA.
• Designing the interfaces according to customer’s requirements. This involves developing HDD,

series of reporting modules that will solve specific market needs that will differentiate AdWorks from
their competitors by providing access to easily digestible information that they will present to their
clients.

CSS (COMVERSE SELF SERVICE PORTAL)
The ”Comverse Self Service” Product is developed By CPMVERSE ONE, which can deployed for any

This application will fits at BSS layer of typical Telecom body of kind service provider.
CSR and dealer can create subscribers using the existing Comverse work flows defined in the
product.

Comverse is providing the Fun Dial 2.13 &3.05 which is basically a RBT (Ring Back Tone) service to the
customer. With this service the Customers will be able to set customized ring back tones such as songs
or messages to be heard when a caller calls to the Fun Dial subscriber, Customers can subscribe to this
service using WEB, WAP, SMS MO and IVR interfaces.
4. Worked on the GUI part for WEB, WAP, WCC, IVR and SMSMO provisioning interfaces. Used technologies
like ASP.net, JAVASCRIPT and later upgraded the GUI using technologies like JAVA, JSP.
