documentation, and utility packages on VoIP Servers. Analyzes, Recommends, and Evaluates new
hardware (IP PHONES) and communications products for network compatibility and applicability.

Communications and Call Center Environment (Asterisk, FreePBX, PSTN(DAHDI))
- Provisioning of IP Phones on daily basis and need basis.

- IP Extensions Administration such as Name Change Request, VoiceMail Activation with Password
protection.
- Allow Access of Call Recordings to Higher Management as well as Team Leads of Departments such as
BCM/BILLING/POT/CS/MARKETING.
- Quality of Service (QoS of Audio) Testing of VoIP Lines such as CureMD Support/BCM/POT/MU

- Entertain Requests for New IP stations and Voice Mail Setup.
- Providing support to Call Center Agents such as Queue update requests, Ring Groups, Custom
Dialplans, Time Conditions, Voicemail Service, Call Recordings, CID Manipulation etc.
- Handle any Routing Requests to NY office such as CS, BCM, and POT.
- Provisioning of VoIP Providers account on daily basis.
