We have made good progress over the last year to
develop and launch the National HR Standards
(from phase 1 to 3). The phase 3 standards will
strengthen the HR Management System.
We are ready for the next milestone on the journey
and that is to audit HR functions against the HR
Standards.

We have made good progress over the last year to develop and launch the National HR Standards (from phase 1 to 3). The phase 3 standards will strengthen the HR Management System.
