While studying, I lead a team of students to complete a marketing analysis project for a contact centre
supportgroup knownas CallNorthWest(CNW).The projectinvolved researchingwhatcurrentandformer
customers liked and disliked about the service, so CNW could make better use of its resources.
 I lead my team to identify where improvements could be made to retain and attract contact
centres to CNW’s services.
 Prepare online questionnairesforboth formerand current memberstouncover theirviewsand
opinions on the service. Online research tools where far more convenient for our team and
respondents which is why I chose to use them. This allowed us more time to gather results.
 With the large response rates the project was a success as we were able to offer justified
recommendations in accordance to our findings.

I am a great supporter of charity and fundraising. In 2009 I did a skydive to raise funds for the Bolton
Hospice. My role in Carers Trust involved helping the manager set up their store and market the new

From this experience I have learned the basics of setting up a small shop, with a budget of £1500.
