 At TTC Group (UK) Plc I was utilising Microsoft Dynamics CRM software to manage day to day work and also
manage the KPI’s (exceeded by 15%) that were set, selling into companies Fleet Managers, Operations Directors,
Health & Safety Managers, Managing Directors Etc.
 At P.C. Werth Ltd I changed the way the Regional Sales and Business Development Managers reported to the
office. I created a spreadsheet which had time management on. Also I increased the sales productivity by 11% by
converting more than the specified number of calls into sales.
 I can also work off drawings (AutoCAD / Technical Drawings) to supply the customer with a quotation and ultimately
win the sale.
 I can provide B2B packages or B2C packages, defining the target market for the service or product to the right
people at the right time.
 I maintain customer loyalty to save my own time and energy, by offering value added customer service, promoting
customer satisfaction and attaining and exceeding all set targets (KPI’s).

Achievements
 I have developed CRM processes (Microsoft Dynamics) to work efficiently and more productively thus gaining more
sales TTC Group UK Plc.
 At Specsavers I was rated number one overall in sales including a 7-week unbeaten run on the stores leaderboard.
This was due to the number of people I saw being upsold various ad-on’s.
 In Tesco Opticians I was second in sales due to only being part-time and the person who was ranked number one
was full time and a very proficient seller.
 In Tesco’s Homeplus I had to see people on a daily basis who wanted their Television to be better than anyone
else’s, I helped these people choose a Television to their exacting needs and not actually the best in the store.
 I was instrumental in a large County Council changing their policies to include “Soundfield Systems” in their
extensive new and refurbished school classrooms at P.C. Werth Ltd.
 I project managed a million-pound project for a major pharmaceutical chain with regards to the installation of a
Voice Alarm System including the supply of “as fitted” drawings and also managing the installation team on the site
at Clarity UK Ltd.
 I help out in a local Nursery with the children in the mornings where time allows as I enjoy giving back to my local
community.

Personal Interests
Outside of work I am married and have a daughter who is 12 years old and a son 6 plus a baby daughter of
4 years, this takes up most of my spare time at the weekends or indeed after work. I enjoy riding my bicycle when I get the
time and going out with the children.
I currently hold a Full Clean UK driving license. I enjoy travelling as part of the working day.
