Involved in RFP for a large food manufacturing company(around 25 millioneuros).As a supplychain lead provided
solution and estimation for the SAP SCM requirements, which was a major part of the entire requirement. Also
involved in Orals,deep dive sessions and was interviewed bythe clientas probable SAP SCM lead.
Involved in the solutioning of Golden Agri-business (GAR), Indonesia for the entire procurement to pay business
process.Recommended frontend as UI5 and SAP BPM & BRM for automation oftheir approval process. Gathered
their entire business process complexities and convinced the client about the solution. The solution was also
integrated with third party system for invoice verification and signature verification processes. Selected the vendor
for third party system and provided the complete end-to-end solution.
Part of the external task force to analyse the current SAP support activites for APPLE, US based company and
come up with Insights showing business impact, release support bandwidth and reduce age of ticke ts. Arrived at
