that when included in the User profile, allowed the user to print or display in the appropriate character set.
Oversaw extensive testing of data character sets that also included Simplified Chinese, Traditional set, and

correctly in inbound files. Led the team to develop iterative data loading approach, stress tests with high
volumes, archive/delete data and re-load with new, changed data.

responsible for working inter-team ( Scrum) to enable Multiple Brand ordering of HW/SW, Services on
single customer PO. Re-Organized the Software business by reflecting a new SAP Enterprise structure
model, our team configured this new structure to include SD, FI and MM structures. I was part of a sub team
that provided POC demos for SAP Service Master, Conditions and processes and compared to the use of
Material type DIEN for Services. Responsible for joint testing between the US and Germany based teams
with development resources in India. Managed this ‘follow the sun’ approach within the testing cycles and
