Ex. Using pictures, power points, or video/movies
to help the students visualize the lesson

Have kids draw pictures of their families while
eating cookies

Another activity would be to hold up props while
reading the story to the kids
Ex. Hold up a cookie when you read about a
cookie

These students learn best by hearing or listening
Ex. Reading stories out loud to students

Have kids sit in a circle and read the story to
them

Use funny voices for the different characters and
show them the pictures in the book

Learning by discussing or working with others

Have kids got into groups and draw the book out
without using words
