• I was engaged on a project basis to provide analytical and cost estimating
services on a Hurricane Sandy (FEMA) project in NYC. Project/task was completed
and programming has been downsized

• Baltimore MD – 1986 – 1995 Self Employed Contractor doing Residential and light
commercial building projects
• Suez Canal Cities, Egypt – 1984 – 1986 Metcalf & Eddy – Contract in Ismalia Egypt to
install Ductile Iron pipe for potable water system
• Yanbu, Saudi Arabia – 1982 – 1984 Saudi Arabia PARSONS Limited – Yanbu was a total
city development contract in Yanbu Saudi Arabia. Parsons is Design/Build and program
manager for this project that has been going on for over 20 years now.
• Ovda, Israel – 1979 – 1982 Negev Airbase Constructors – Joint Venture of Perini,
Harbert, Howard & Berger to execute a design/build fully functional classified airbase in
the Sinai Desert. Work location was remote and austere and we lived in a camp.
• Chabahar, Iran – 1978 – 1979 Brown & Root – Contract with the former Iranian Navy to
design and build a classified Navy base for joint use by the US Navy and Iranian Navy.
Project was located in remote and austere areas along the Pakistan /Afghanistan and
Iran borders. I worked on the installation of multi-plate drainage pipe on the haul road
being constructed in the desert.
• APAC Paving – 5 Years 1973 - 1978– Houston Texas – APAC Paving (Warren
Brothers) was a subsidiary of Ashland Oil Inc . The Houston district engaged in
Asphalt and Concrete paving as well as excavation, base, utilities, and median
barrier work. We had 4 permanent and 1 mobile asphalt batch plants.
I started with the company as a Junior Cost engineer and worked through several
positions to achieve the role as Project Controls Manager/Division Controller. Our
team provided monthly cost analysis and cost tracking for all highway and paving
jobs along with cost analysis on the asphalt production costs for the asphalt
plants. The Houston Division had approximately 30 projects ongoing at any time
and we were expected to provide highly reliable analysis on Labor costs,
productivity, material costs and yields, and equipment usage. Houston had
approximately 350 pieces of asphalt and paving equipment that were company
assets/resources

Work location was remote and austere and we lived in a camp. • Chabahar, Iran – 1978 – 1979 Brown & Root – Contract with the former Iranian Navy to design and build a classified Navy base for joint use by the US Navy and Iranian Navy. Project was located in remote and austere areas along the Pakistan /Afghanistan and Iran borders. I worked on the installation of multi-plate drainage pipe on the haul road being constructed in the desert. • APAC Paving – 5 Years 1973 - 1978– Houston Texas – APAC Paving (Warren Brothers) was a subsidiary of Ashland Oil Inc . The Houston district engaged in Asphalt and Concrete paving as well as excavation, base, utilities, and median barrier work. We had 4 permanent and 1 mobile asphalt batch plants. I started with the company as a Junior Cost engineer and worked through several positions to achieve the role as Project Controls Manager/Division Controller. Our team provided monthly cost analysis and cost tracking for all highway and paving jobs along with cost analysis on the asphalt production costs for the asphalt plants. The Houston Division had approximately 30 projects ongoing at any time and we were expected to provide highly reliable analysis on Labor costs, productivity, material costs and yields, and equipment usage.
