The main project run-offs were drained to LACFC and OCFC flood control channel in which I
prepared the final drainage report, EIR analysis, and projects specifications, maps, and cost
estimates for the entire development including sanitary pump station, traffic signals, and State route
39 roadway design and realignments. I lead teams of engineers and designers in variety of complex
and challenging engineering issues. Managed a complex permitting process through 3 cities and 2
agencies for approvals.
