successfully build cell sites for all the major carriers and turf venders. This company was in the Red for three solid years
in the Arizona Market, at the time of my exit sales were increased by 50%, gross margins 40% profits in excess of $1M

CPM – Manage 16+ construction managers (0ver three programs) to ensure timely completion of the 3C/4C UMTS
Upgrade/Overlay & LTE role out in Northern CA
Successfully launched 3C and 4C on time saving Ericsson Millions of dollars in Liquidated Damages. Launched Phase 1A of
the LTE on time.
o Hold the entire construction team accountable for managing DATES!
o Work with logistics’ management to ensure all material and equipment is staged for pickup (RRU, RRUW, RRUS, RXAIT,
6106, 3518, 3106, 3206, L&A, Fiber etc….)
o Work closely with the SA Team on forecasted dates for Leases, Zoning and Permitting
o Communicating with the construction team on any LL issues that SAR addresses
o Consistently evaluating Vender Performance
o Working closely with our Venders on Quality Issues
o Drive Daily Deep Dive meeting with SA, RF, Construction, Integration, Transport, Alarm Clearing
o Manage the timely submission of Close Out Packages
o Chair weekly meetings with construction staff and the Client
o Attend client deep dive meetings twice a week with AT&T
o Attend the ERM(executive review meeting) weekly meeting with AT&T
o Coordinate teams to support integration effort.

Construction Project Manager – Managed the construction of new sites for the launch of a new WISP network using WIMAX
technology 4G: (10 Construction Managers, 5 Site Acquisition Agents)
o Civils to include: Concrete Pad, underground electric and site grounding, Meter Rack Etc…

Rose International – Contracted to Ericsson – Working on the AT&T Turfing Project, Northern CA 6/2010 – 7/2011 CPM – Manage 16+ construction managers (0ver three programs) to ensure timely completion of the 3C/4C UMTS Upgrade/Overlay & LTE role out in Northern CA Successfully launched 3C and 4C on time saving Ericsson Millions of dollars in Liquidated Damages. Launched Phase 1A of the LTE on time. o Hold the entire construction team accountable for managing DATES! o Work with logistics’ management to ensure all material and equipment is staged for pickup (RRU, RRUW, RRUS, RXAIT, 6106, 3518, 3106, 3206, L&A, Fiber etc….) o Work closely with the SA Team on forecasted dates for Leases, Zoning and Permitting o Communicating with the construction team on any LL issues that SAR addresses o Consistently evaluating Vender Performance o Working closely with our Venders on Quality Issues o Drive Daily Deep Dive meeting with SA, RF, Construction, Integration, Transport, Alarm Clearing o Manage the timely submission of Close Out Packages o Chair weekly meetings with construction staff and the Client o Attend client deep dive meetings twice a week with AT&T o Attend the ERM(executive review meeting) weekly meeting with AT&T o Coordinate teams to support integration effort. o Review Work Authorization (change orders) prior to client submittal for approval o Consistently looking and reviewing the project from 1000 miles looking down, addressing potential problems prior to the problem becoming reality.
