1.To reduce the burden of TB among HIV patients ,
comprehensive strategies are implemented-
• Rapid diagnosis with CBNAAT
• Airborne infection control
• ART centre
• FDC therapy

2 . Daily regimen for treatment of drug sensitive
TB cases has been introduced 104 districts in 5
states .
3 . Daily dosing regimen using child friendly FDC
has been introduced in the entire country.

4 . The new drug Bedaquiline is been introduced
in 6 referral sites.
5 . RNTCP & NPCDCS have joinly developed a
framework for collaboration which aims to
reduce morbidity & mortality by doing screening
and early detection and prompt management of
DM & TB .
