Risk Assessment

The location that served as a primary place of filming, the alleyway
behind Jamie’s house, presented a number of potential risks that
could harm the group members or technical equipment outside of or
during filming.

This document will take note of all the prominent risks within the set
and how we could take care to avoid them.

Running, sprinting and jumping were seen as prominent
dangers during filming as the person could easily slip or trip
over while running or jumping. The only way this could be
avoided is to make sure that said person is careful with their
footing and do not fall over.

Climbing up onto a high wall was necessary to record a scene
from a certain angle, which presents the risk of said person
falling from a height. The only way this could be avoided is to
make sure that said person is careful while atop the wall and
does not fall or drop equipment.

A car was used during filming to create a blockade and to
produce light for the shot. Obviously, using a car can be very
dangerous as it could easily run one of us over, so we made
sure that the car was stationary during recording and was
      moved away straight after.

During one of the scenes a cigar is used as a prop. Obviously
smoking is a bad habit and is hazardous to your health, but as
it was only used as a prop during shooting it would not cause
harm towards us or other people.

Water was splashed onto the cobble flooring in order to create
a puddle and a shiny surface, which also leads to the possibility
of our crewmembers slipping over and harming themselves or
our equipment. The only way this can be avoided is to make
sure that said member is careful on their feet and handling the
      equipment.
Most of our scenes were recorded during the nighttime, which
presents a lot of potential risks such as mugging and lesser
risks such as tripping over in the dark. This was avoided by
staying out of dangerous places at night and by being careful
      with our footing.

With reference to the above we need to ensure that our film is one
which distributors would approve and market to the maximize
revenue stream.
