This document provides a template for conducting a risk assessment for a film photography shoot. It explains that all potential hazards should be considered, including who or what may be harmed and any existing risk controls. For each hazard identified, the likelihood and consequences are evaluated on a risk assessment scale from low to extreme. Examples of potential hazards provided include falling in water near a canal, dropping equipment in the water, getting run over by traffic, and adverse weather. Controls and further actions are suggested for each hazard based on the risk assessment.
