                    Risks Identified Action
 Location

Derelict House Check the structure of the house before entering and check everything
is safe during daylight. Possibly even choreograph movement through
in daylight for filming at dusk.

Conor’s House Check positions of wires that nothing can be tripped over etc

 Personal Safety
Make sure there is no glass on the floor or any shards which could
Broken Mirror cause harm to staff, runners or actors.

Barbed wire Supplement for ordinary wire and edit and shoot to make it appear
                                       more threatening than it is.

Just be careful when handling or acting with knife and choreograph
Knife scenes to prevent any harm.

 External Factors

Rain / Weather Due to the use of various electrical equipment and simply the
wellbeing of our actors, we must ensure all equipment is covered and
that actors are kept warm and dry between takes.

Rough Terrain A rough or unsteady terrain may not only be hard to film but could
cause our actors or crew to fall or injure themselves. To overcome this
we will choreograph all paths in light and then replicate them. We will
also ensure all wires etc are not in the way.

Lack of Light A lack of light in the hills may prove an issue so we aim to film at dusk
so we do have some natural house. We will also provide torches and
extra lights to help light our set.
 Filming Activity

Small Chase scene For the chase scene to ensure the safety of both cast and crew, we
have decided to have an extra crew member to guide the camera so
as to ensure the safety of the camera man and the camera itself. This
will also drastically reduce the risk of the actor falling and tripping over
                                   the wire.

Mask obstructing the actors view With the main antagonist(s) all wearing masks, we can’t simply cut
them from the film. Instead therefore we will need to communicate
efficiently and guide both these actors into places so as to reduce any
                                   risk of harm towards them.
 Equipment Use

Stage / Film lights We will make sure that we only user the lights at a brightness that isn’t
going to cause the lights to overheat or cause harm to cast or crew
members. This also means we will need to keep the lights sheltered if
                                   the weather is difficult.
