PEPSICO have many bottlers in India and one of the largest bottler, Varun Beverage Limited
represents the DKD agencies.
Responsibilities:
Distribution Management
 Producing goods report as well as coordinating with the sub distributor teams.
 Taking care of route operations, market scheme and breakages at the Warehouse.
 Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation.
Driving Volume & Growth in the given Territory
 Handling Secondary Sales.
 Operation of trade schemes within the allotted budget.
 Appropriate distribution across the territory with primary attention on High Volume
Accounts (Top Customers)
 Handle Spot Selling opportunities as well as Identify and target new accounts.
 Promotion of channel growth like Eatery and Groceries.
 Effectively communicating the strategies through gate meetings.
 Proposing for discount to the Accounts as necessary.
 Driving of Marketing and Growth initiatives.
 Dealing with consumer complaints effectively upholding Co values and integrity.
Merchandising & Promotion:
 Regular follow-up on customers fill and rotate all shelf, displays and equipment to
Company standards.
 Properly place promotional prices & utilize point of purchase material.
Channel Management:
 Awareness of various channels like grocery, eateries etc.
 Awareness of upcoming channels like Modern Trade and how to tap them effectively.
 On boarding of particular channels to our existing channel-specific schemes.
