This system , built using JDE and IBM process, will drive business critical functions in accounting and sale order management. IBM GBS India will be involved in performing RICE (Report, Interface, Conversion and Enhancement) design and development.. My responsibilities include -  Design of detailed Technical Design Specification from Functional Specification  Providing Technical solutions to client’s requirements  Constant monitoring of the deliverables which in turn helps to come up with process improvement plans of the project  Working as the Defect Prevention Coordinator of the project. As the DPC of the project my job is to achieve a constant progress on the betterment of the deliverables by taking different resolutions and monitoring those periodically through trend analysis of defects occurred during development phase (in process defects and client reported defects). This process not only helps the team members to deliver better but in turn it helps the company to profit more by reducing Cost of Poor Quality of deliverables.  Working as one of the key members of the project related to Quality Reviews and Quality Processes  Providing technical help to the other team members at Offshore. IBM US BCS has got the project to implement the whole transformation to ABM’s Business Process.
