Manufacturing Responsibility:  Process Control through various parameters at production floor.  Responsibility to Document, implement & monitor a Quality Assurance system in accordance with the Coke system  Monitoring of RGB, PET Bottles (Krones Filler) & Tetra Pack (TBA19, TCA) Maaza Beverages Production.  Monitoring over preparation of raw syrup & Ready beverage.  Monitoring over CIP & Sanitation.  Responsible for availability and calibration of inspection and testing equipment as per frequency.  Responsibility for maintaining HACCP, GMP & GHK at Various production areas. ACHIEVEMENTS  As FSTL –Achieving FSSC & AIBI certification in 2016.  Member of PepsiCo Food Safety Council.  Achieved twice PepsiCo Star awards.  Member of cross functional team for pre IQA (international quality audit) preparations at PepsiCo.  Successfully completion of Maaza Project for Hot Fill and Tetra Pack.
