 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
 Physio-Chemical, Microbiological, Sensory evaluations for raw materials & finished products
 Implementing GMP, GHP, and CCP & SOP's& conducting ISO, PCI & Corporate audit.
 Routine QC checks for on-line process inspections for CCPs & semi-processed products
 Maintains all the Quality Records for RM/PM/FGs/In-process/Batch processing, etc.
 Participate in plant GMP / Internal Audits for food safety program
 Track the reasons of the non-conformances, and ensure that corrective and preventive actions
are initiated by appropriate department
 Ensure process quality control points (QCP) are maintained during all stages of production
 Maintain & monitor Pest Control Program for the plant
 Conducttraining programs&seminars for plant employees, to create awareness about, personal
hygiene, food handling, product quality & safety
 Prepare & Implement Specifications for RM / PM and FG as per the required standards, co-
coordinating with R& D / Product Development.
 Maintain Hold and Reject reports and follow on monthly basis
 Handling and controlling the quality documents as a part ofISO, HACCP and FSSC 22000
standards.
 Conduct quality audits at plant on periodic basis; Share audit findings with plant management
and follow-up for corrective action
 Coordination with R&D team, SCM, S&OP, packaging dev./plant/quality for Specification, Test
procedures, batch cards, price document, quality protocol revalidation, FMS, and daily quality
issues.
 Receiving and understanding the market complaints, find out the area from where the issue has
arisen and then try to find out suitable solutions for the same.
 Coordinating with unit/factory head for closure of market complaints.

  • 2. RESUME Current job  Currently working with TATA GLOBAL BEVERAGES LTD (TATA TEA LTD) as Food Quality Officer (QM) from January 2014 to till Date.
