Provide Packaging Engineering technical expertise and support to the PepsiCo CSD, Aquafina, Tropicana, Naked Juice
and Gatorade Brands to execute and meet the BU’s AOP as Packaging lead resource to Senior Management.
Responsibilities included execution of packaging CMP programs as team member and team lead, leading packaging
Innovation programs, resolving packaging related quality issues, and aligning chilled, CF and HF qualification procedures.
Managed several external packaging engineering resources in support of the project and department technical services
objectives.
Major CMP’s implemented include the 59oz Carton package conversion Tropicana and Dole Chilled Juices leading the
Packaging and QA execution from the board conversion process through the CQV packaging qualifications of 13 filling
lines at 3 Tropicana manfacturing facilities saving an estimated Juice usage of $21,000,000. In addition, initiated,
implemented or supported other CMP ideas totaling over $4,000,000 in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. Led the
Packaging execution of an award winning Juice & Oat breakfast beverage in a retortable package along with packaging
expansions.

compliance for systems.
Improved relations between management and labor, resulting in open and honest communication environment, full

This was the first manufacture and packaging of the Flagship branded product off the main production campus. Reduced go-
to-market timing and costs as a result.
> Consolidated the Dole Branded Frozen product line into the Tropicana Frozen product portfolio (Category Sales -
