As Duralam Product Development, who was in charge of an acquisition of Teepak, held on to 90% of
the business and was promoted.
As a Duralam Pouch Process Engineer- reduced the waste on pouch machine by 50% & was promoted.
At PCA as a Product Development engineer- set up a performance guarantee which held
and allowed twin OPS lines to be upgraded for a $100K savings. Our team increased rate 300% and
reduced waste. Won role model award.
At Alcan - received a service recognition award because as process engineer the process changes and
quality improvements in the product line increased plant sales by 20%.

2008-2016 Coating Excellence International Product Development Engineer
Markets included dry mix, wet and dry chemicals, food overwrap, nonsterilized medical, and
yeast. Machines: flexo, offset, tandem and single extruders, solventless laminators.

2006-2008 Bemis Company, Inc. BSF Coating & Laminating Dept Manager
Managed 10 machines including 2 tandems, coaters (ext and lam), solventless and solvent.

Managed 18 blown machines including 1-7 layer blown lines,, 3 ICE lines, 3 stretch and 2
shrink lines. Supervised 100 employees+, 4 shift supervisors, and a trainer.
Instituted formal changeover process and team to improve changeover waste and time.

Followed all trials and scale ups for 18 blown lines from 1 to 7 layers.
Facilitated multiple machine start ups (stretch and ICE).
Technically responsible for all quality issue resolution and process conditions for 18 lines.

lines, 1 3 layer Welex, thermoformers and foil formers.
