 Review the Approved MAF (Technical details and Test report ) prior to do the material inspection
 Review the drawings for the general layout and equipment’s details.
 Material receiving inspection request (MRIR) initiated to proceed the inspection. Delivery note,
Test report, Technical catalog, approved MAF cover page with comments sheets if any.
 Conduct the Material inspection with construction team. If any deviation from the approved MAF,
Coordinate with Material Engineer / QC Coordinator and detail report has been send to the
procurement and store department and NCR will be issued. Moreover, materials will be in form to
shift to the rejected area.
 Ensure the Material storage on the material yard and site as per the manufacture recommendation.

2.  If any Test report is not found or any clarification, coordinate with procurement team to confirm
with the manufacture prior to approved the MRIR.
 Validate materials and equipment status on site though surveillance
 Provide information regarding the materials/equipment status on site and yard in the report.
 Request the intervention of the QC Materials Engineer in the event of difficulties encountered in
implementing the QA/QC System
 Report daily to the QC Materials Engineer / QC Coordinator / QA/QC Manager
